BOTB 12.12.14 – Holiday Edition

By Kate Riley December 12, 2014

Weekend greetings! This week we’ve been pummeled with rainstorms here in Northern California, the flooded streets resulting in school cancelations for two days. The weather conditions have changed our schedule around but it’s been a welcome one, we’ve adapted with more holiday movies and hot chocolate, rough life. :) With the twinkle lights from the tree and the glow of the fireplace, I’m enjoying the extra moments of stillness.

I’m finally done with my holiday shopping which has also contributed to my laziness this week. This post marks the last of the ‘Best of the Blogosphere’ for the year (I’ll resume the posts in January) so it’s fitting that the final one is holiday related. Enjoy these favorite projects from bloggers around the web!

  1. Lovely photos, I too live in N California and quite agree although inconvenient this much needed rain has meant snuggling by the tree and Christmas movies, what could be nicer! Thanks for your great ideas Caroline

  2. Thank you so much for your lovely blog. It’s my ritual to check in every Saturday morning as I have my coffee.

  3. Everything is so pretty. Oh my gosh. I have been looking everywhere for a pom pom tree skirt. I don’t think I have time to make it for this year but next year for sure. Thanks so much for showing this. Your home is always so beautiful. Merry Christmas!
