Yesterday I took a few hours to run errands and visit some favorite stores to check out new collections and popped into World Market. My sister is also fixing up her place so we were texting pictures back and forth, talking about the pieces and accents and textiles we like, it’s so much fun to shop like that!

World Market unveils several collections throughout the year but I always look forward to the outdoor options, full of color and exotic patterns, and picked up some accents there last year for ourbalcony seating area. I spied a lot of new favorites while I was there on Sunday – I especially love their patterned textiles for a variety of uses beyond the tea towel or napkin (think art and pillows!)

I shop at World Market for a lot of things, for their global inspired accessories with unique international flair, and because their products are truly affordable.  I’m a huge fan of their textiles (even turning napkins into pillows!) and my most favorite rug comes from World Market.  Recently I spruced up our balcony with a few finds from my local store, so I was delighted when they offered me a sneak peek at their fall collection.

World Market is unveiling two collections in the upcoming months, the first is ‘Kingdom Animalia’ – a refined safari style, including textured neutrals and unique global finds.

Coming in late August is the ‘Venetian Bazaar’ collection available in both cool jewel tones and spice hues, plus a new Ikat collection for tabletop! 

I’m smitten with this tufted banquette and the burnished brass tables, yum!
