Sunday greetings y’all!  I feel the need to say “y’all” having spent the last week in Georgia and I’m brewing some sweet tea as I write, love that stuff!  It’s great to be home and back to work, I’m excited for the upcoming week.  I’ve got a few projects in the works right now and can’t wait to share them, but hey, it’s BOTB weekend so Amanda and I are here to highlight some of the best ideas we’ve seen, including a few inspiring knock offs, here ya go!     

This backyard hideaway at the Handmade Home totally rocks our world, Ashley and her husband built this backyard fort for their wee ones, and it’s amazing!

A top to bottom kitchen makeover caught our eye this week. See how Jessie from Cape 27 brought modern beauty to a dated space.

Viva Terra’s Gustavian bed is a stunner, but pricey at $1,895.  Enter Suzie at The Accent Piece who built this charming rustic bed with scrap wood, so genius!

Hello hello, it’s ‘Best of the Blogosphere’ day, yay!  I love to share my favorite projects and posts spied around the web every two weeks and Amanda always helps out with a few of her picks too, here’s our roundup, enjoy!

Summer brings out the lemonades stands, this chalkboard and white stand is simple and stunning, made by Jennifer of Dear Lillie.  (Psst, she also turned it into this too.)

These twin chairs received a full makeover with paint, including the painted seat cushions (yep!) over at Mia and Jilly.

Hey all, how’s your weekend treating you?  We’re busy busy with the Alma project kitchen remodel and the demo is done, now we’re getting ready to piece the new kitchen together.  There’s a lot of work ahead, cabinets and countertops and tile, oh my…   We have most of it under control and I should have a new kitchen to show you by mid-June, we’re all so excited!
