Hello friends! The renovation craziness continues this week, we’ve been driving all over this town in search of carpet and window installation quotes. One thing there is no shortage of in this town is shopping, oh my Las Vegas I love you for your abundance of selections… the trick is to narrow down what we’re looking for as quickly as possible to keep this project moving….. much to do! I’ll share more updates next week, so far the updates are progressing somewhat according to plan.

This weekend, Amanda and I bring you another round of our favorite projects spied out among the talented DIY community in the ‘Best of the Blogosphere’ series, tour a dining room remodel at Oh Happy Day.

Hello friends, happy summer weekend to you! I want to thank so many of you for offering very valuable insight on the kitchen design dilemma I posted about yesterday, there are so many things to consider in that decision, I’m truly grateful for your input!

We’re headed back to get started on more renovation projects in a week, and you’ve given me a lot to think about, so thank you. I also have some ideas about the fireplace I want to share with you and we’re so close to choosing the floor tile for the downstairs – we’re going with a wood lookalike porcelain tile throughout the entire first floor and I really like these options.

This weekend is another round of ‘Best of the Blogosphere’ and I hope you enjoy this collection of inspiring DIY ideas! Build a porch swing for enjoying time lingering outdoors spring through fall with Yellow Brick Home.
