Best of July!

By Kate Riley August 3, 2012

Happy weekend everyone, it’s roundup time!  Can’t believe it’s August already and later this month, back to school!  And then it’s fall, and then *gasp* the holidays.  What?  I know, don’t even say it.  Looking back, July was crazy busy, we accomplished so much but I’m reaaaalllly  hoping August is a lot slower, I could use a break!

Here are the top ten not-to-miss projects and posts from July.

1) We’re so proud of the Alma Project kitchen remodel; 2)  I hacked some IKEA Vittsjo shelves for the study;  3) I live with an orchid whisperer and so 4) I revamped this wood and white chest of drawers for him.

5) We built this X base table!  6) outdoor pillow covers are easy to sew 7) the garden is in bloom, take the tour; 8) inspired by PB Kids, I painted my friend’s son’s dresser; 9) hey we also built a potting bench, and 10) I shared ten tips for new bloggers.

To see the entire “Best Of” list from each month in 2012, look here.

The winners of the past two giveaways were announced here and here, emails sent to the winners so check your inbox.  Another round of ‘Best of the Blogosphere’ coming up on Sunday, it might be the best roundup yet!

Have a great weekend everyone.

  5. My Gosh! I couldn’t do all of that in a month, let alone a year! You must have crazy energy! Send me your secret! Sent you a little money to start your next Alma Project. You are an inspiration to us all. BTW, I just looked at the number of people who “liked” you on Facebook, over thirty-two thousand? You are a rock star!
