Plush Pumpkins Giveaway

By Kate Riley September 23, 2011

Hi y’all, thanks for all of your congratulations from yesterday, it’s so very nice to read all of your kind comments.  In other news, guess who’s in my house?  Rhoda, that’s who!  Yep, my good friend Rhoda from Southern Hospitality arrived yesterday from Georgia and I’m going to play tour guide for a few days and take her to visit all my favorite places while she’s here.  We’re going thrifting, antiquing, and to both Sonoma and San Francisco, so follow me and follow Rhoda on Twitter and we’ll share all of our Northern Cali adventures with you.

I’ve got a fantastic seasonal giveaway for you today.  One of my sponsors Love Feast Table sells the cutest velvet pumpkins you ever did see made by Plush Pumpkins with ‘real and spectacular’ stems which brings to mind a certain Seinfeld quote but I will spare you from spinning off into a Seinfeld quote frenzy which I am prone to do often, crazed fan that I am.

I love these!

Perhaps you’ve spied them over at Nester’s place or in Layla’s cute basket.  Well today is my turn to giveaway a set of six!  How sweet are these authentic stems?

  1. I stopped “doing” Halloween when we relocated 3 hours away from my former 9 year home. My daughter was grown and there didn’t seem much point. But WOW, these pumpkins may just inspire me to like Halloween and all the Fall decor that comes along. (It’s hard to get in the Fall spirit in Florida, we just go from HOT to less HOT). Thank you for the beautiful pictures.

  2. One of my favorite Seinfeld quotes “this is beautiful what is this velvet?”.

These are beautful pumpkins, I’d love a set. Thanks for doing the giveaway!

  3. Happy First day of Autumn!! I love Autumn here in Sonoma County and will be eagerly following your tour. We love to visit the local pumpkin patches and farmers markets. And the smell of crush in the air is wonderful. Happy Fall and have fun with your friend! Thank you for the chance to win.

  5. Oh you must mean “they’re real and they’re spetacular ” I can’t tell you how often I am talking to someone about anything and a Seinfeld thought comes up concerning our conversation…and they don’t watch the show…so they don’t get it. Of course you might mean George’s obsession for wearing velvet…

  6. “I would rather sit on a pumpkin, and have it all to myself, than be crowded on a velvet cushion”

  7. Happy Fall weekend to you too! Looking forward to this next month with all the Pumpkin stuff to do like the pumpkin Patch with the kiddo and the carving pumpkins that my 4 year old already said he would help out with b/c he was not to much into it last year. Going to be a blast!

  8. Jerry: “You kept makin’ all the stops?!”

  344. These are super cute! I totally groove on pumpkins as halloween decor because they’re such a classic, timeless look. Plus, they look good from September all the way through November. And let us not forget all the yummy things that can be made from pumpkin, like cakes, breads, cookies, pie, ice cream, and, uh, beer :-)

  345. These are so much better than any “Great Pumpkin” I have ever seen! I would love to win them! Thank you!

  376. I could not possibly be more excited about pumpkin coffee being back at Starbucks/Dunkin Donuts!
