Are you serious? OMG this reminds me of being home in my Grandmothers kitchen as a little girl. She made the best peach cobbler all from scratch. Now I can’t wait to make this for my baby girl. YUMMY! Thanks fo rthe pics, the recipe and most of all…the memories that came rushing back!

Lovely! I don’t know what it is about a galette that always makes it seem so much easier than pie although there is practically the exact same amount of work, but I always fall for them!
